Grasscutter, a kind of large rodent, is a delicacy in Ghana. We bought these two grasscutters from this man at the side of the road, and gave them to our drivers as a thank-you. Unfortunately (or fortunately?), we never got to taste grasscutter meat ourselves. We were told it tastes like chicken.
