Our group of five - Roger, Tanya, Courtney, Laurie and Zheng - departed from Seattle on the evening of Oct 27. Twenty hours of travel brought us to Accra, Ghana, by way of London. The agenda for our trip included the following:

• Visit Lila's Child Care Foundation school (which we supported with our fundraising), and bring gifts.
• Visit two villages with new water boreholes (which we supported with our fundraising), and bring gifts.
• Support two additional schools by doing hands-on projects.
• Experience life in Ghana and learn about the challenges facing the Ghanaian people.
